About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and manage invoicing
• Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure timely filing of taxes (VAT, PAYE, WHT, CIT) and compliance with statutory requirements
• Work with procurement and warehouse teams to track stock, monitor cost of sales, and support periodic stock audits
• Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and prevent errors or fraud
• Support internal and external audits, and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business growth

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and honesty
• Good communication skills
• Proximity to Osapa London
