Accountant

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Accountant to join Intavalto’s growing team. In this role, you will help oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with Nigeria’s tax laws. - You’ll also support strategic decision making by creating clear financial reports and presentations that help shape our investments in sustainable energy and smart home infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliancewith Nigerian tax regulations, including PAYE and all statutory deductions. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit statutory filings to tax authorities and pension fund administrators. - Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and documentation. - Track and analyse financial data from online channels and advise management on trends and risks. - Support external audits with necessary reports and documentation. Requirements: - HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. - Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA or its equivalent is an advantage. - Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting, with hands on payroll management. - Good knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, pensionsand statutory payroll deductions. - Strong proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work with cross functional teams.
