Accountant

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: LECC is looking for a qualified Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support financial planning and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records and reports - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports - Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations - Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies - Support audits and financial reviews - Monitor expenses and revenue streams Requirements: & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional accounting qualification (ICAN/ACCA or equivalent is an advantage) - Minimum of 2–4 years relevant experience - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of integrity and attention to detail
