Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of residents' management fee payments.
- Issue receipts to residents for payments received.
- Keep records of association dues payments from members
- Review vendor invoices for correctness
- Process payments to vendors and staff
- Undertake trips to banks as required.
- Prepare annual management fee budget
- Prepare quarterly budget performance reports
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes and resident complaints.
- Provide quarterly reports on association dues and expenses.
Required Qualifications:
& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ accounting experience, preferably in real estate, facility management or related industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint (QuickBooks and Sage are an added advantage)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- close attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
