Position Overview: - We are seeking a qualified Accountant to manage our financial activities - The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with experience in taxation and strong financial management skills. - This role requires a mature, professional individual who can maintain accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting activities which is including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filing and documentation. - Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts. - Conduct internal audits and maintain proper financial controls. - Collaborate with management to provide financial insights that support business decisions. - Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Key Requirements - Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred). - Must be chartered in Accounting. - 2 - 3 years relevant work experience. - Proven experience in taxation and accounting for production or bakery operations. - Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a production environment. - Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. - Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Preferably a married female candidate. - Demonstrates maturity in age and personality, with strong ethical standards.
