Accountant

Position Overview: - We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial statements and reports and to also contribute significantly to the supermarket overall success. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and post invoice for all sales (cash/Credit) - Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate records of financial transactions. - Managing vendor information within the system, including setting up new vendors and maintaining existing vendor records. - Comply with financial policies and regulations Requirements: - HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field - 2-3 years proven work experience as an Accountant - Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Quickbooks or SAGE 50) - Proficiency in English and in MS Office - Experience with general ledger functions - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills - Professional certification is an added advantage. Salary N170,000 - N250,000 / month.
