Accountant

Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. - The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Day-to-day tasks include monitoring budgets, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing tax returns. - The role will also involve identifying cost-saving opportunities and collaborating with other departments to achieve financial objectives. Required Qualifications: - Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis - Strong skills in Budgeting, Tax Preparation, and Compliance - Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Excel - Attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities - Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA are an advantage - Relevant work experience in accounting or finance is preferred
