Account Payable Officer

About the Role - We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to manage supplier payments, expense processing, and payable reconciliations. The ideal candidate must be accurate, well-organized, and experienced in handling payables within a structured finance environment. Key Responsibilities: - Process and post supplier invoices and payment vouchers accurately. - Maintain proper records of payables and vendor balances. - Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. - Support timely payment of vendors in line with approved procedures. - Assist with expense reviews and basic month-end payable adjustments. Requirements: - B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in accounts payable or similar role. - Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills. - Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems. - High level of integrity and accountability.
