Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements, POS reports, and branch sales summaries.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and expense tracking.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and vendor balances.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and audit standards.
- Collaborate with branch managers, procurement, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1 – 3 years accounting experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Attention to detail, strong integrity, and good communication skills.
