Account Officer

Position Overview: - Tribitat Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Operational Account Officer to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support the finance function. The role involves handling payments, invoicing, payroll, commissions, and reconciliations, while working closely with the Financial Accountant to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth cash flow. Key Responsibilities: - Process vendor payments, client invoicing, receivables, and petty cash - Execute payroll and sales commission processing in collaboration with HR and Sales - Record and reconcile daily financial transactions and bank accounts - Track project-related costs and maintain accurate financial records - Support statutory remittances and maintain proper audit documentation Requirements: - B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 2+years’ experience in a transactional accounting role - Student member of an accounting body (ICAN) - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations - Proficiency in accounting software (Carrotsuite is an advantage) and Excel - High attention to detail, integrity, and good communication skills
