Account Officer

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. - Bank statements review for debits/credits to ensure authenticity of transactions - Bank reconciliation (uploading of bank statement in Orion and passing of all unreconciled transactions in the bank into Orion) - Identification of double debit in the bank statement and reporting same to the bank for reversal in the bank statement - Analyze card inflow/declined - Reconcile Sigma Report against UPSL Transaction Report - Reconcile   Sigma Report against UPSL Settlement Report - Reconcile UPSL Transaction Report against UPSL Settlement Report - Preparation of BRS Report for Review - Bank reconciliation (All Seasonal branch Accounts) - Cheque in-hand recording and reporting for Artee and mall management accounts - Cheque in –transit recording and reporting for Artee and mall management accounts - Analyzing daily collection vs bank credit and update in google sheet - Cheque book tracker update in google sheet - Analyzing of the overdraft charges for discrepancies and sending same to the bank for reversals into our account - Analyzing the payment of staff salaries in the bank statement Skills: SET   - A bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or auditing and Several years of experience - Strong supervisory, Communication skill, detail oriented and Strong observation skill - Customer Service Focus to ensure positive shopping experiences - Should be able to maintain good inter-personal relationship with co-employees and others - Strong attentive to details, a creative thinker and a good team player  - Good understanding of industry standards, document transmittal requirements.  - Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and handle challenging work demands and tight schedules - Able to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously and be able to work effectively - Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information - Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment - Good understanding of industry standards and requirements. - Ability to liaise well with professionals/regulatory officials and High level of integrity is a must have.
