## Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Job Purpose

The Enterprise Account Manager is the lead point of contact for assigned high-value customer accounts and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. In this role, you will anticipate client needs, coordinate internal resources to meet deadlines, and develop strategic account plans that drive business success for both the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Work with the Head of Sales to develop and implement corporate vision, sales policies, processes, and procedures for account retention and growth
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and market requirements
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies based on existing product features and capabilities
  • Build and expand trust relationships with a portfolio of assigned enterprise clients through consistent engagement
  • Proactively propose solutions that align with customers' business objectives and prevent account churn

Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Manage and maintain existing customer revenues through excellence in service delivery
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities to increase revenue and company profitability
  • Generate revenue targets for company products and services through customer retention and expansion fulfillment
  • Serve as the primary communication link between assigned customers and internal teams

Operational Excellence

  • Plan and allocate resources (human and material) effectively to ensure client retention and assured revenue delivery
  • Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction
