## Title: Account Manager - Enterprise Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Account Manager to drive enterprise and mid-market client acquisition and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that support global expansion goals while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the organization's global footprint by acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with global expansion objectives
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within staffing, outsourcing, and digital talent solutions
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction
  • Partner with clients to understand business challenges and propose tailored talent solutions
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive engagement
  • Work closely with the Talent Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Provide client feedback to improve processes, offerings, and overall client experience
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine value propositions and support lead generation efforts
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning strategies
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within HRTech, talent outsourcing, staffing, or professional services
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong network of decision-makers in global or regional markets (technology, finance, and professional services industries a plus)

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and build multi-level client relationships
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to manage clients across geographies

Additional Information

MBA qualification is an added advantage.
