Account / Finance Manager

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role - Overall finance lead for the Group, responsible for financial reporting, controls, compliance, and oversight of all entities. - The entities cover Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Aviation & Technology. Key Duties - Manage group-wide accounting and financial reporting. - Prepare consolidated monthly and annual accounts. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management. - Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance. - Oversee internal controls and external audits. - Supervise finance staff, including Abuja office. Requirements: - BSc Degree in Accounting / Finance. - ACA preferred (ACCA acceptable). - 7–10 years post-graduation experience. - Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax and compliance. - Experience managing multi-entity accounts.
