Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Clerk to support the company’s accounting and financial record-keeping activities.
- The role involves handling sales records, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and supporting tax and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and issue receipts to customers
- Maintain accurate daily and monthly sales records
- Calculate salespersons’ monthly discounts and commissions
- Carry out bank account and BPN account statement reconciliation
- Prepare and manage invoices
- Resolve banking and transaction-related issues
- Liaise with external auditors on tax and statutory matters
- Provide general accounting and financial support as required
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: OND / HND in Accounting or related discipline
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
- Good numerical, record-keeping, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
