## Title: Account and Administrative Officer
About the Role
Wells Accounting and Tax Services seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and coordinate execution of company projects, partnerships, and events/programs
- Implement Executive Council decisions and ensure organizational compliance
- Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the organization
- Oversee secretariat staff and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and formal engagements
- Oversee preparation and presentation of financial reports, including financial statements, management accounts, project finance, and financial budgets
- Present domestic and international project financial reports
- Conduct research for external communications and briefings
- Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including website, meeting platforms, and productivity tools
- Address and resolve member requests and inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting (2nd Class Upper or better)
- Currently undertaking ICAN at the Skills level or final stage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent corporate communication abilities
- Functional administrative skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
