We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Job Summary: - The AC Technician will handle the installation, servicing, and repair of air-conditioning systems across the facility. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring all cooling units operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Install, service, and repair split units, package units, and central AC systems. - ⁠Diagnose AC faults (gas leaks, wiring issues, compressor problems, etc.) and fix them promptly. - ⁠Carry out routine maintenance: cleaning filters, checking gas levels, and inspecting components. - ⁠Repair or replace faulty parts such as compressors, fans, motors, and thermostats. - ⁠Ensure all AC systems meet safety, performance, and manufacturer standards. - ⁠Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. - ⁠Keep records of work done and materials used. Requirements: - Proven experience as an AC Technician. - ⁠Strong knowledge of AC systems, components, and troubleshooting methods. - ⁠Ability to work with electrical wiring and HVAC tools safely. - ⁠Good problem-solving and technical skills. - ⁠Physical strength and ability to work at heights when needed. - ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills.
