General Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in flexible packaging or plastic film manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant machines and processes
• Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards
• OND / Technical Certificate / B.Sc. (depending on the role)
• Must be based in Kano
• Adherence to all company policies, safety protocols, and production discipline
