2D/3D Motion Designer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Ideal Candidate: - Ability to transform fiat graphic concepts into high-impact - 2D and 3D animations for social media, ads, and web. - Ability to take a brief from a "blank page" to a full storyboard, mapping out the narrative before you hit render. - Ability to build, texture, and light 3D assets and environments using Cinema 4D or Blender. - Ability to apply the 12 Principles of Animation to ensure every movement has weight, rhythm, and professional "polish." - Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential. - Ability to Develop motion identities (intros, outros, and transitions) that keep client brands consistent and recognizable. - Ability to work closely with designers and copywriters to "activate" their work through cinematic storytelling. - 3+ Years of meaningful experience
