Position Overview

Plan International seeks a motivated and qualified professional for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation activities for complex programs
• Master's degree required
• Fluency in English required
• Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
