## Title: Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist (French/English)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized strategies to retain customers and reduce churn
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote relevant products and services that meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Fluency in French and English required
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work 44 hours per week on a rotational basis with excellent schedule flexibility
- Previous experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a plus
