About the Role
A reliable Service Desk improves productivity across the organisation by resolving issues quickly and clearly. This role delivers first-line support, resolves user issues, and ensures smooth communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot desktop, application, and basic network issues
- Route tickets correctly to resolver teams
- Keep users updated throughout the resolution process
- Maintain clear, audit-ready ticket notes
- Identify recurring issues and trends
Performance Expectations
- Meet SLAs and KPIs for response and resolution times
- Keep ticket notes complete before closure
- Maintain quality and communication standards
- Provide weekly insights on ticket trends
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot common user issues
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- Understanding of ITIL basics
- Ability to work under pressure
Position Details
- Location: On-site client assignment in Saudi Arabia
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- On-site presence: Mandatory
- Language requirement: Fluent English (working language)
