Business Strategy Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Strategy Specialist to develop and implement the evolution of our team's analytics, reporting, and planning capabilities. This is a high-profile position requiring a self-starter with the ability to recognize and analyze performance gaps, then drive improvements through partnering with and influencing key stakeholders including Operational Leaders, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leaders to understand and communicate business results
• Support the continued evolution of the sales organization using advanced analytics and AI
• Synthesize strategic insights and effectively communicate findings to senior leaders to optimize sales results
• Review business processes and perform deep dive analysis to uncover areas for improvement
• Document and communicate results, ensuring data accuracy for reports
• Design, develop, and maintain critical scorecards and key performance indicators to support the sales organization
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data
• Analyze business issues strategically and create logical, effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• University Bachelor's degree in Business, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
• 13 years of experience in data analytics and problem-solving
• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and reporting capabilities
