About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Casablanca. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions across our product and service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Detect and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Develop and expand the customer portfolio
- Market and promote products including Internet, fixed line, and TV services
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and service upgrades
- Advise customers on available services and products based on their requirements
- Meet pre-established sales objectives and performance targets
Required Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Competitive spirit with strong commercial drive and resilience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities
- Full-time availability with flexible scheduling
