## Title: Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist (French/English)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized strategies to retain customers and reduce churn
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote relevant products and services that meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work 44 hours per week on a rotational basis with excellent schedule flexibility
  • Previous experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a plus
