Position Overview

The Institute of Environmental Assessment (IOEA) is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for an internship program in Sales and Marketing based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's sales strategy
• Achieve set sales targets
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Lead and implement all marketing and promotional activities
• Monitor marketing and promotional performance and provide recommendations to enhance results
• Develop all external communication materials and documents
• Prepare marketing and promotional materials
• Implement both traditional and digital media campaigns
• Develop content, maintain, and periodically update the organization's website
• Complete ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated desire to learn new marketing strategies and stay current with industry trends
