Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the website and WhatsApp
• Convert online inquiries into successful sales
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order support
• Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with shops, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand values

Required Skills & Qualities

• Prior experience in online sales, WhatsApp sales, or digital customer service
• Strong written communication skills with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to handle multiple chats and customers efficiently
• Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (an added advantage)
