A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the website and WhatsApp.
  • Convert online inquiries into successful sales.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order support.
  • Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with shops, inventory, and dispatch teams
  • to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Denri's brand values.
SKILLS & QUALITIES:
  • Prior experience in online sales, WhatsApp sales, or digital customer service.
  • Strong written communication skills with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats and customers efficiently.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
