## Title: Trainer, Nautical Science

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer in Nautical Science to join our expanding team. You will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality maritime education and training programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training and capacity building programs in maritime education and training
Develop instructional materials for training courses
Implement training programs according to the established syllabus
Set, moderate, administer, and mark examinations
Monitor and report on class attendance
Support trainees' practical sessions, trade projects, and business plan development
Supervise trainees during practical sessions and projects
Contribute to the development and review of curriculum and syllabus
Maintain and analyze workshop records and documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience at the grade of Assistant Trainer III or in a comparable position
Diploma in one of the following engineering fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Nautical Science
Proficiency in computer applications
