## Title: Telesales Agent – Outbound Sales (U.S./Canada)

Role Summary

We are looking for motivated Telesales Agents to drive outbound campaigns for Hilton Invoice Optimization Software targeting the U.S. and Canada. The role involves engaging prospects, presenting software value (20-30% invoice savings), and converting subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. and Canada prospects
  • Present and explain software benefits clearly
  • Guide prospects through onboarding and invoice uploads
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads professionally

Working Hours

Must work U.S. Eastern or Pacific Time shifts; flexible scheduling may be required.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in telesales, outbound sales, or BPO
  • Experience with U.S./international campaigns is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Adversus, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • SaaS or subscription sales experience is advantageous
  • Willingness to work on a commission basis
