Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance the learning environment to support high learner performance
• Ensure efficient resource management and utilization
• Promote occupational health and child safety standards
• Develop and provide training sessions that support student success
• Foster effective communication with learners and parents/guardians
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education requirements and school curriculum standards
• Maintain accurate and organized learner records and student profiles
• Manage and maintain high standards of learner discipline
• Prepare timely learner reports including rubrics, portfolios, anecdotal records, and assessments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant teaching experience as a Special Needs Teacher or equivalent position in a reputable organization
• Degree or Diploma in Special Needs Education
• Valid TSC Number
• Proficiency in computer applications
