Job Summary

Fieldforce Solutions Limited is seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for our clients. This role focuses on increasing online presence, improving marketing effectiveness, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and the sports betting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, and others) aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content daily, including text, images, videos, and promotional materials
• Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and customer feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and comments
• Analyze and monitor social media metrics, SEO, and web traffic to measure campaign and strategy success
• Set specific objectives and report on return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives
• Research and stay current with industry benchmark trends, emerging platforms, audience preferences, and competitor activities
• Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns and implement new features to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and increase brand loyalty
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to social media content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Strong knowledge of online marketing channels, social media platforms, and industry best practices

Compensation

KES 40,000 to KES 70,000 per month (depending on experience)
