Cumulative service period of nine (9) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Supply Chain Management Assistant I or its equivalent.

Diploma in Procurement or Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply;
