Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate vaccine clinical trials from initiation through completion
• Design and execute epidemiological studies
• Perform qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• Build staff capacity through mentorship and effective leadership
• Manage clinic research activities

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized university or college
• Registration with the Clinical Officers Council (Kenya) with a valid practicing license
• Minimum 7 years' experience in clinical practice post-registration with the Clinical Officers Council
• Minimum 5 years' prior experience coordinating and conducting vaccine clinical trials and other epidemiological studies from start-up to completion
• Valid Good Clinical Practice training certificate
• Valid Human Subjects Protection training certificate
