Required Qualifications

• Earned PhD degree in a relevant area of specialty
• Minimum five (5) years of university teaching experience, with at least three (3) years as full-time Lecturer
• Minimum thirty-two (32) publication points, with at least twenty-four (24) points from articles in refereed scholarly journals since appointment as Lecturer
• Successful supervision of at least four (4) Masters students to completion since appointment as Lecturer
• Evidence of successfully securing at least one (1) research grant since appointment as Lecturer
• Evidence of attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars, or workshops
• Evidence of active participation and/or leadership in university activities
• Evidence of continued research activity
