Senior Lecturer - Computer Science at Embu University College

Position Overview

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking qualified talent to join as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at Grade 13.

Required Qualifications

• Earned PhD degree in a relevant area of computer science specialty
• Minimum five (5) years of university teaching experience, with at least three (3) years as a full-time Lecturer
• Minimum thirty-two (32) publication points, with at least twenty-four (24) points from articles in refereed scholarly journals since appointment as Lecturer
• Successful supervision and completion of at least four (4) Master's degree students since appointment as Lecturer
• Evidence of securing at least one (1) research grant since appointment as Lecturer

Required Experience and Evidence

• Demonstrated attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars, or workshops
• Active participation and/or leadership in university activities
• Evidence of continued research engagement
