## Title: Senior HR Consultant – Lead Project Manager

Provide strategic leadership in aligning human capital with the organizational business model to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Strategic Capability Design: Lead the design of a 2-year Internal Skills & Competency Framework tailored to achieve a 50% reduction in operational costs and a 100% return on investment for small-scale tea holders
Succession & Talent Pipeline: Design and implement succession plans across all organizational levels with a focus on middle management and senior leadership development
Coaching and Mentorship: Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching and mentorship program
Change Management: Formulate a defined corporate governance structure and workforce transformation roadmap that shifts organizational culture toward being result-based and people-centric
Automation Impact Assessment: Produce high-level analytical reports on roles negatively impacted by automation currently and over the next five years
Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct skills gap analysis against established competencies and design competency maps and frameworks

Master's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Strategic Management
Valid certification and active membership with IHRM Kenya (mandatory)
10–15 years of professional experience in HR consulting and strategic human capital management
Minimum three reference letters from organizations where you managed skills gap analysis for 500+ employees
Extensive experience in the Private Sector and FMCG, with proven expertise in large-scale agricultural or manufacturing entities
Demonstrated consulting experience delivering on key responsibilities for a wide range of clients over the last five years
