  • This role is for someone who enjoys sitting right at the intersection of development, security, and operations. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable systems, owning CI/CD pipelines, strengthening cybersecurity controls, and guiding teams on secure coding and best practices.
  • Beyond the technical work, this is a senior role. You’ll mentor junior engineers, support knowledge transfer across teams, and help align engineering and security practices with broader business goals.
What we’re looking for:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar DevSecOps or Security Operations role
  • Strong understanding of systems, servers, and modern programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Practical experience with cybersecurity frameworks and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, encryption)
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, AWS) are an added advantage
