About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced legal professional to join as a Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution.

Required Qualifications

• LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Upper Division from a recognized university
• Valid current practicing certificate
• At least five (5) years of relevant post-admission experience in a reputable law firm

Experience and Expertise

• Proven ability to manage client matters independently, including supervision of junior lawyers
• Demonstrated experience handling and managing complex civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution matters
• In-depth understanding of court procedures, case strategy development, and evidence management
• Strong advocacy experience before superior courts and tribunals
• Ability to manage client portfolios, develop litigation strategies, and lead case teams effectively
