About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution.

Required Qualifications

• LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Upper Division from a recognized university
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant post-admission experience in a reputable law firm

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Manage client matters independently, including supervision of junior lawyers
• Handle and manage complex civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution matters
• Develop case strategies and manage evidence effectively
• Provide strong advocacy before superior courts and tribunals
• Manage client portfolios and lead case teams effectively

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• In-depth understanding of court procedures and case strategy development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client-relationship management abilities

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling complex corporate and commercial disputes
• Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings experience
