Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school activities and ensure a safe, inclusive environment
- Support teachers and staff through effective leadership and collaboration
- Maintain accurate school records and ensure compliance with education policies
- Strengthen parent and community relationships through open communication
- Champion child protection and safeguarding principles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems
- Deep commitment to the organization's mission and values
