About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated, field-oriented leader who understands regional market dynamics, thrives on performance targets, and can build high-impact sales structures across multiple territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional sales teams across the country
- Drive a monthly target of approximately 3,000 prepaid meters
- Grow and support agent, dealer, and reseller networks
- Expand market reach across Nairobi, Mombasa, and upcountry regions
- Ensure accurate daily and weekly reporting, KPI tracking, and pipeline management
- Coordinate with outsourced digital marketing teams to convert inbound leads
- Support new product launches, including the upcoming gas meter range
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in field sales or sales management
- Background in technical, engineering, metering, FMCG, insurance, or similar industries
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing multi-regional teams
- Strong CRM, reporting, and digital lead management capability
- Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
