Sales Intern - Thika at Jubilee Insurance

Role Purpose

Join our dynamic, expanding team as a Sales Intern. In this role, you will distribute Jubilee Life insurance solutions and serve customers introduced to the company, playing a key part in our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and skills training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution methods
• Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers
• Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company
• Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the Company
• Uphold the image and brand of the Company
• Achieve new business sales targets including Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) for both new and renewal business
• Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
• Comply with industry code of conduct and all Company regulations, as well as relevant laws and regulations governing insurance activities in Kenya

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Education level: Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate Holder
• Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE
• IT and Digital skills
• Self-driven with a positive attitude, disciplined approach, and strong go-getter mentality
