Sales Intern - Kisumu at Jubilee Insurance

Role Purpose

Join a dynamic, expanding team and help distribute Jubilee Life solutions while serving customers. As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in growing our client base and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution methods
• Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers
• Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company
• Service clients and convey all relevant information received from clients to the Company
• Uphold the image and brand of the Company
• Achieve new business sales budgets including Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) targets for both new and renewal business
• Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
• Comply with industry code of conduct, Company regulations, and all relevant local laws governing insurance activities

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate holder
• Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE
• IT and digital skills
• Self-driven with a positive attitude, disciplined, and goal-oriented
