An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, target and actively seek out new sales prospects in the paper and packaging industry.
  • Comprehend market trends by conducting market research to identify potential customers.
  • Create and preserve a solid pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Present and market paper and packaging options to potential and existing clients.
  • Create and deliver persuasive ideas and sales presentations that are suited to the demands of the client.
  • Reach and surpass sales goals by negotiating and closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, comprehend their needs and offer continuing support including successfully attending to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain regular communication with your clientele to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work together with the sales manager to create and carry out successful sales tactics.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events to raise brand recognition.
  • Create and apply excellent sales strategies and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and improve pricing models, go-to market plans and sales strategies in close collaboration with senior management.
  • Make strategic recommendations based on consumer feedback, competitive analysis and market trends.
  • Make use of sales technologies and tools to improve the sales process.
  • Develop and distribute dashboards and sales reports on a regular basis to the sales team and senior management.
  • Share sales results and offer suggestions for possible areas of development.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 5 years’ experience in sales; preferably in the paper and packaging industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Capacity to work independently while adopting a proactive and aggressive sales strategy.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with CRM software; SAP preferred.
