About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Thika office. You will actively engage with potential clients, present and promote logbook loan products, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role includes conducting customer needs assessments, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance sector or training in sales techniques
• Basic understanding of microfinance products, specifically loan services
