## Title: Restaurant Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, lead a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy restaurant environment.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Monitor stock levels, control costs, and minimize wastage
  • Ensure all operational procedures and SOPs are consistently followed

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Foster a positive, high-performance work culture
  • Manage staff performance, attendance, and discipline
  • Address staff turnover through coaching, engagement, and development

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional guest experiences

Sales, Performance & Reporting

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and profitability
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for management

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across the restaurant

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage high staff turnover
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
