Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Credit Relationship Officer, you will manage client relationships to ensure financial solutions meet their needs, assess loan applications, and maintain client portfolios while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Assess loan applications and prepare proposals
• Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance
• Promote and cross-sell credit products to achieve sales targets
• Facilitate loan processing and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational targets

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business or related field
• Proven experience in a credit company, specifically with logbook loans
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis
