About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Advisor to join our telesales team, focusing on the international diaspora market. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of commercial, industrial, and bulk residential leads while making strategic outbound calls to international clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and build a database of commercial, industrial, and bulk residential leads by identifying and engaging key decision-makers
- Make outbound calls tailored to clients in international markets such as the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, and other regions to introduce products, set up meetings, and schedule site tours
- Align working hours to correspond with target markets' time zones while maintaining flexibility for remote work arrangements
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer contact details, calls, and sales activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Develop and customize persuasive sales scripts to effectively communicate the company's offerings
- Guide prospects and leads through the sales funnel, directing qualified leads to the commercial sales team for closure
- Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and address queries from potential customers
- Lead telesales strategies and optimize CRM database usage to improve lead conversion rates
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve diaspora-specific sales targets
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telesales or lead generation
- Proven track record in database development and management
- Demonstrated success in converting cold calls to qualified leads
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone
- Experience with sales pipeline management, prospecting, and lead generation
- Experience in real estate or property development sector preferred
- History of achieving sales targets and KPIs preferably over the phone
