About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive commercial and industrial real estate sales. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle while building strategic relationships with key market segments and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the entire commercial and industrial sales process including lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure, and administration in close coordination with the Head of Sales and Country Head
- Identify opportunities for the sale of educational, commercial, and industrial land to target markets including industries, companies, hotels, schools, hospitals, religious institutions, and developers (joint ventures also possible)
- Generate, convert, and close local and international sales leads
- Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents
- Provide after-sales support to current commercial and industrial clients
- Upload client information and sales activities in CRM systems
- Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies that support sales objectives
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to source leads and gather industry insights
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales, or in liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters
- Wide and strong network in Kenya and international business circles
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, or business studies from a recognized institution (advantageous)
